Fitment guarantee

Every size on MS Wheels is checked against our BMW chassis database for bolt pattern, hub bore, diameter, width, offset and brake clearance. If you order with your car selected (or give us your VIN at checkout) and the wheels we confirm don't fit your stock-suspension BMW, we'll exchange them or refund you, including shipping. Lowered cars, coilovers, big brake kits and wide-bodies: ask us first.

Shipping

• Free shipping on every set to the lower 48 states.
• In-stock sets usually ship in 1–3 business days after fitment confirmation; transit is typically 3–7 business days.
• Alaska, Hawaii and international orders: contact us for a freight quote before ordering.
• Wheels ship in their original boxes and are inspected before they leave.

Returns

• Unmounted, unused wheels in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Wheels that have had tires mounted, have been driven on, or show install marks can't be returned unless they're defective.
• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a fitment-guarantee claim.
• Start a return by emailing support@mswheels.com with your order number.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Depending on your location and order, you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, or pay-over-time options such as Affirm or Klarna.

We use your details only to process and ship your order and to answer your questions. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Product images show the wheel design; center caps, tires and vehicles shown are for display only and are not included unless stated.
